Medlin Ramps is the second largest steel dock board manufacturer in the US. Moving product in and out of your container is a snap with a Medlin steel dock board. We feature heavy duty diamond plate with through welded curbs for superior strength. Use the lifting chains to easily move your dock board to the desired location. Capacities from 10,000 to 30,000 pounds are available.

Steel Dock Board-Standard

The Medlin standard steel dock board is probably the most common dock board used in the material handling industry. Each board is fabricated with a heavy duty diamond plate surface and comes with welded side curbs and safety chains for easy relocation. Available in capacities from 10,000 to 30,000 pounds.

Steel Dock Board-Quad Pocket

This specially designed steel board uses steel pins that drop into side pockets to prevent steel board slippage in those park out applications. These steel dock boards also feature welded steel side curbs for maximum strength. Steel lifting chains are standard with optional lifting loops. Capacities from 15,000 to 30,000 pounds are available.

Steel Dock Board-Full Pocket

Similar to the quad pocket the full pocket steel dock board gives you added pocket length for unusual gap between dock and trailer applications. This board also comes with welded side curbs and capacities from 15,000 to 30,000 pounds. Lifting chains are standard with optional lifting loops.

Steel Dock Board-Lifting Loops

This dock board is our standard dock board with added lifting loops. The lifting loops allow the operator to easily lift and relocate the dock board. Note that this dock board has a single bend and can only be used in and application where the dock to trailer differential is no less than 5″ application. Comes with all the features as our standard board (see above).

Steel Dock Board-Rail Board

The Medlin rail board is the perfect solution for all dock to rail car applications. Comes with heavy duty diamond plate surface and welded side curbs. Also comes standard with lifting loops. Dimensions vary with these applications and we would ask that you contact a Medlin representative to help you determine the correct board for your application.

Steel Dock Board-One Step

The newest addition to our dock board lineup. The one step board no longer requires the operator to leave the driver seat to lift and relocate the dock board.. Comes with all our standard features . This design is only available with our standard dock board.

Steel Dock Board-Ground to Container

This dock board is the answer when your containers are on the ground. Using our quick lock design, this dock board assures maximum security when connected to the container. Comes standard with lifting loops.

Steel Wheel Risers

Having trouble unloading lower trailer trucks? Its no problem when using the Medlin wheel risers. Wheel risers safely raise the trailer height to conform to your dock height. All wheel risers are fabricated with high strength carbon steel. Risers come in a variety of inclines and level offs. We offer 30 and 40 thousands pound capacities. Sold in pairs only.
